Business Entity Overview 101
A casual open discussion about incorporating a new business, where to file, and what to know before you file, as well as the requirements and considerations when expanding an existing business in to other states. Learn the differences between a C corporation/ S corporation/LLC and partnership, as well as what is involved in qualifying an existing business in to other state(s), in a fun and informative way. Perfect overview for anyone considering starting a new business but just are not sure where to go from there, OR for a long time business owner who is ready to take their business to the next level and across the country. All attendees will receive a thumb drive with business entity comparison chart, business FAQ links, & fun video about incorporating to take with them.
